Providence Home And Health Care Center is a 60 bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing center located 2 blocks east of Memorial Hospital.

We offer 24 hour professional nursing care accepting Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. Large private and semi-private rooms are available. We offer secured grounds containing a walking path, courtyard, picnic tables, and shelterhouse.
