The Providence Home Health Care Center is a 65 bed facility that admits both men and women of any denomination.  Our facility is all wheel chair accessible.  We are located near Jasper Memorial Hospital on 6 ½ acres of beautifully landscaped,  and maintained grounds. We offer an enclosed park-like courthouse, shelter house, swings and walking path  for all of our residents. 

We offer 24 hour professional nursing care and participate in Medicaid and other third party insurance programs.  Families are encouraged to visit the facility, to attend care plan meetings and enjoy our many activities.

We are proud to provide a high standard of care, thanks to the many dedicated members of our staff, who have acquired invaluable experience and given us years of service at our facility. Many of our staff have years of service here at Providence Home Health Care Center showing loyalty to the facility and dedication to the Residents.  Department Heads have 2 to 25 years of service in the facility.

Restorative nursing assists our residents in an individual care plan to maintain their highest level of independence. We offer many types of exercise with this program, such as step walking, bike riding, upper body exercises and games that are both fun for the resident and assist in their movement.
